Most Purveda products are covered under our standard 30 return policy. Some products may be covered under extended periods where indicated.
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from us, either from our website or through Amazon.
If you’ve received a product that is faulty or there is any error on our part, you may contact us and we will make arragements for a replacement.
Returns for products purchased through other retailers, must be processed through them.
All returns must be authorized before sending to us. We will instruct you on where to send your return and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
